Study Central
Welcome Page

Love, grace, and peace to you in Christ Jesus!

Welcome to Study Central, a private, Biblical research and writing group tailored for Saints in the Body of Christ who are of Berean character.

In this study group, we seek to facilitate an environment in which each contributor experiences spiritual enlightenment through a web-based content platform that cultivates godly spiritual fruit through scriptural research, collaborative study, writing, and discussion.

Three passages of scripture are of particular interest in application as we study, write, and discuss scriptural topics together in this group:

II Timothy 2:15 NKJV

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

James 1:5-8 NKJV

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

I Peter 3:8-15 NKJV

Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous; not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing.

For “He who would love life and see good days; Let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it.

For the eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their prayers; But the face of the LORD is against those who do evil.”

And who is he who will harm you if you become followers of what is good? But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.”

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear…

Diligent study of God’s Word in scripture is of great importance for each of us, if we are to sanctify (hagiazodedicate as hallowed by separation) God in our hearts, and remain ready to give an answer (apologia a verbal defense, or reasoned argument) to every person who asks us a reason for the hope (elpis joyful and confident expectation of eternal salvation) that is in us.

As students, researchers and writers in this group, each contributor is free and encouraged to present their own research into Biblical topics, and to collaborate with their colleagues within the community on research projects that can be presented in the discussion forums.

Contributors retain exclusive rights to all of their writing in this group.

As we give, we receive from God, and thus have more to give (II Corinthians 9.8). This Biblical research and writing community provides a safe yet flexible environment for each contributor to share their scriptural research with their colleagues in the group and glean from the work of other contributors as well!
